Moriah fourth graders recently kicked-off their integrative and exciting study of inventors and inventions. They read biographies and honed their notetaking skills and produced creative projects about famous inventors such as Thomas Edison, Alexander Graham Bell, Albert Einstein and Benjamin Franklin.
They also experienced the “invention process” through problem-solving activities. This involved process included several steps, like brainstorming, planning the breadboard, designing the model and producing the prototype. The annual Invention Convention in May will showcase their unique inventions.
