Boys Town Jerusalem Presents Marinated Seared Tuna Steak for a Twist on Your Rosh Hashanah Meals

(Courtesy of Boys Town Jerusalem) Make your traditional Rosh Hashanah fish serving a spectacular hit with this easy, delectable marinated seared tuna steak recipe from chef Avi Chemal of Boys Town Jerusalem. “These steaks alone are quite tasty, but serving them atop a colorful fresh salad gives a very special added touch,” Avi says.

“Every week when we sit to plan the meals (1000 portions a day) for our students at Boys Town Jerusalem, we’re guided by a simple set of requisites: a healthy, nutritious main course combined with an abundance of fresh and cooked vegetables, so tasty that it brings a smile to ‘our boys.’ The same demands go into planning my own family’s Rosh Hashanah menu, and this marinated seared tuna steak recipe is a perfect solution,” promised the chef.
