I saw something similar to this for a different industry and decided I would try to pay it forward. It is becoming increasingly apparent that the pandemic does not impact all equally. Although COVID has upended many industries, it has also helped others at the same time. Not surprisingly, mortgages are up and the reality is, demand for mortgage services is growing faster than the people available to service them. As a loan officer, I can attest to this. There is a lack of processors, people who review conditions and collect documents to aid underwriters in preparation for approving loans.
