Linking Northern and Central NJ, Bronx, Manhattan, Westchester and CT

The year 2022 is at the door. The health crisis is no longer paralyzing our economy (which has never ceased to prosper even in the heart of the pandemic), and the national budget has (finally) been voted in, hanging over our country like a cloud of stability, of security.

Urban renewal plans aimed at improving old buildings, such as the famous TAMA 38 and PINUY BINUY (evacuation-construction) have been flourishing in all cities and offer an opportunity, both to developers and residents who inherit an otherwise new building.

It is this dynamic that the Jews of the world are trying to capture and understand now. This land upon which “Hashem’s eyes are fixed from the beginning of the year and until the end of the year” has become, over time, a land of opportunities, a unique ecosystem. It’s more than just an investment; it’s a mission. Be part of it!
