With spring around the corner, the Harold Gellis z”l CBY Softball League and all its participants are excited for the upcoming season. Set to begin on April 3, the Scrubs (A League) and the Legends (B League) will look to defend their championships in the 2022 campaign.

The 2021 season saw a return to a full 14 game schedule after the previous season was cut short due to COVID-19. Details are still being worked out for this season, but there will be a 12-14 game schedule, with games being played Sunday mornings at 8:00 or 10:00 a.m.

For three decades, the Harold Gellis z”l CBY Softball League has been a staple of the Teaneck community with the participation of players from every shul. In the past, the league has been open to teams only from Teaneck, Bergenfield and New Milford. Starting this year, the league is looking to expand and welcome any out-of-town teams. All players of high school age and older are welcome to participate.
