Awesome Article: Rooting for Our Nephew and His Clever Writing

We read the Business Profile article, “Aleph You: A Clever Twist on Hebrew, Humor and Learning” (May 8, 2025) in The Jewish Link with delight, not just because it was submitted by our British nephew Richard Herman but because it is clever and amusing, just like he is.

And so are the witty and wonderful products he designs for his company, Aleph You. Get it? The name introduces you to the appeal of his great design — they all use a combination of Hebrew letters and English sayings to engage the person using the item and likely start a fun conversation with anyone viewing it.

My husband, Ron, enjoys poker, so I bought him the tee shirt that proclaims Place Your Bets, using only an assortment of the letter Bet on the shirt. I am an avid tea lover, so my T-shirt says Tea, this time with the letter taf crafted to look like a teapot. It’s so much fun, and the shirts and mugs especially make great gifts.

Order online from alephyou.com; everyone loves these items, Hebrew with a twist!
