This May, celebrate Jewish Heritage Month at the Bergenfield Public Library with an unforgettable afternoon with the multi-talented Richard Stillman. On Sunday, May 18 at 2 p.m., in the Friends Room at the library, he will be performing his exciting show, “Jewish Vaudeville,” featuring Gershwin melodies, Yiddish songs and tunes from “Fiddler on the Roof,” alongside tap dancing, juggling and hat tricks.
Stillman is an actor, musician, singer, storyteller and tap dancer known for his versatility and dynamic performances. With a background in theater, music and dance, he has earned critical acclaim for his work on Broadway and in prestigious venues like the Kennedy Center and Goodspeed Opera House. His show, “The Spirit of Vaudeville,” won the Best Concert Award at the United Solo Theater Festival in New York City, and he has performed for audiences around the world, blending original and traditional music with captivating storytelling and dance.
