Preschoolers at Lubavitch on the Palisades learned all about Parshat Bereishit and the seven days of creation. Students explored the concepts of dark and light in relation to the first day of creation. Students created works of art in which they represented light shining through the darkness and looked through a dark box in which they exposed light gradually. They also experimented with light when they created shadow puppets and created wheels to represent each day of creation.
