Concierge CPR Provider Brings Evening and Weekend Service to Northern NJ

Teaneck —ZiggyJ Concierge CPR Services, a premier CPR instruction network made up of active emergency medical technicians and paramedics has announced that it will expand both weekday and weekend services to the northern New Jersey and Rockland County areas.

As part of the expansion, instructors will be available most evenings throughout the week as well as Saturday evenings and full days on Sunday. Most courses will take between 2-5 hours, depending on the needs and comfort of the client and the satisfactory completion of the course’s requirements based on the American Heart Association.

In addition to the expansion of services to the area, ZiggyJ Concierge CPR is also offering a promotion to small groups who book before November 1, offering those who book a session for two the addition of a third at half-cost. Larger groups will be eligible for other discounts, depending on group size, as well as wholesale rates for groups of over 20 participants.

Some 326,200 out-of-hospital cardiac arrests (heart attacks) occur each year in the United States. When they do, each and every minute counts, and everyone, bystander or medical professional, can be trained to help. The American Heart Association (AHA) is one of the largest bodies in the United States that trains and certifies members of the public, EMTs, paramedics, doctors, nurses, etc. how to react in the case of cardiac arrests and other emergencies both inside and outside of healthcare centers. The AHA offers multiple levels of CPR training, for the layperson (with optional additions of First Aid, Child CPR and Infant CPR), for the professional rescuer (“Basic Life Support”) and higher levels for hospital practitioners as well as paramedics (ACLS, PALS, etc.).

Basic Life Support (BLS) is the level-course suggested by the American Heart Association for medical professionals, including but certainly not limited to: EMT, EMT-P, RN, nursing assistant, PA, MD and NP. Medical assistants are also invited to take this class. The course consists of both practical and written sections.
