(Courtesy of Project Ezrah) On Tuesday, October 19, Ezrah University, an arm of Project Ezrah, will host Jeff Cohen to engage members of our community interested in preparing for career growth. The seminar will be applicable for the wide spectrum of candidates we serve, from entry-level to mid- and senior management. Cohen volunteered to review resumes and LinkedIn profiles at the Project Ezrah Career Fair, and the response was so positive that we asked him to come back and deliver an interactive seminar that he built to help professionals have a career year.

Cohen is a seasoned human resources and leadership development senior consultant and executive coach with 20-plus years experience across multiple HR disciplines including integrated talent management; leadership effectiveness; employee training and development; organizational restructuring; and strategic HR communications. He is a trusted business partner to senior management teams, and has an extensive record of strategizing and executing HR and leadership development solutions across international teams. Cohen is highly adept at mobilizing executive teams to deliver cutting-edge, business-focused outcomes at all organizational levels. He earned a dual degree in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and marketing from the Wharton School of Business.

Cohen and his family are members of the Fair Lawn community, and he’s currently the host of “Saturday to Shabbos: Inspiring Jewish Journeys,” a podcast through the OU dedicated to presenting real-life stories of people who’ve made their own journey to Jewish observance, the obstacles they overcame, and how the journey transformed them.

When contemplating the career growth you want, few people realize the biggest factor is YOU! Taking charge of your career and reaching your potential is within reach. You just need to know the tools and steps to make it happen.

Join Project Ezrah and featured speaker Jeff Cohen on Tuesday, October 19 at 7:30 p.m. at Young Israel of Teaneck to learn what it takes to build a successful career plan.

Once you’ve sketched out a career road to success we’ll go one step further and show you exactly how to have a career year… the best year of your professional journey. For more information and to RSVP please visit www.ezrah.org.
