Sender’s Smoke Joint Offers Summer Lunch Specials

Just in time for summer, Sender’s Smoke Joint at 190 West Englewood Avenue in Teaneck is offering exciting lunch specials in three categories. At the center of the Teaneck kosher food district and under the RCBC’s hashgacha, Sender’s Smoke Joint follows a rustic, Western theme with ’80s hits playing over their speakers. From 11:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., diners can get protein bowls, a variety of sandwich options such as corned beef and brisket sandwiches, or chicken tenders with a side of homemade fries, all for $15.

Aside from their lunch specials, they also offer other novelty menu items like “bakon mac & cheez” balls and meat pizza pies. They serve pulled brisket pizza, complete with barbecue sauce, brisket, caramelized onions, aioli and tumbleweed onions; or for dessert, try their Beef Bakon Crack Pizza with maple brown sugar glaze, cured smoked beef “bakon” and fried tumbleweed onions.

Sender’s Smoke Joint does not only cater to meat-eaters. They offer plenty of vegetarian options, making it an accessible spot for those with dietary restrictions, too. Their veggie pie with mushrooms, tomatoes, garlic aioli sauce and other toppings is big enough to share.

Sender’s third menu features specialty items. With house favorites like salchipapas—fried hotdog florets with house-cut fries—and new specials, like the smoked sausage sliders and a speciality soup of the week, this time caldo de bolas (an Ecuadorian matzah ball soup)—Sender’s is constantly adding to their menu.

Sender’s Smoke Joint is available in store, online at https://www.sendersusa.com or available for delivery with UberEats, DoorDash, Seamless, Grubhub and Postmates.
