A surprise because of its content but extremely yummy with Shabbos meat dishes. Serve frozen—defrost for five minutes before serving.
1 can wholeberry cranberry sauce
½ cup of red horseradish
½ package of clear or red gelatin
1 cup of water.
Procedure: Boil water and add gelatin—mix well together. Pour into bowl and stir together horseradish and cranberry sauce. Place in freezer covered with plastic wrap.
Can be made well in advance—freezes forever!
