The yeladim at Gan Yavneh got new class pets…five caterpillars in each classroom! They loved watching the caterpillars grow and grow into their cozy homes, their chrysalises. While waiting for them to turn into butterflies, they learned so many butterfly facts, such as how butterflies taste with their feet! It was bittersweet when they waved goodbye to their class pets.
