With the opening of registration for Meorot 2026, we want to express gratitude to The Link for your role in helping us promote this amazing program. You’ve reported our progress since we first began, and now we are about to embark on our seventh show. With all the news you cover, we are glad that the Meorot girls have been a source of pride and joy for the Bergen County community over the years.
Meorot is run by a group of Bergen County moms and has grown from its first year of about 30 girls to its upcoming seventh show, where we expect to have almost 250 girls. Giving women and girls the opportunity to find expression in the world of performing arts in a way that reflects and promotes our cherished values, and with the blessing of our community rebbetzins, is truly gratifying. As a benefit to NCSY summer, Meorot is meaningful to the broader Jewish community as well.
