JEC third grade students are creating carts in science. They were given materials and had to assemble a cart that rolled. They had to measure how far they were able to get it to roll and then they incorporated magnets into the design by having the cart pull paper clips. Once completed, they will analyze their final product to answer the focus question: What are some important features of a cart that will roll from here to there?
