
(Courtesy of Jewish Home) Best-selling author Susan Horowitz Cain headlined the inaugural event of the Jewish Home Foundation Women’s Society, a “Brunch and Conversation” held on Tuesday, March 6, at Jewish Home Assisted Living in River Vale, New Jersey. Over 60 participants gathered for the event, which featured a discussion of Cain’s acclaimed New York Times bestsellers, “Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can’t Stop Talking” and “Bittersweet: How Sorrow and Longing Make Us Whole.”

Rachel Rimland from the Jewish Home Family Board served as moderator for the engaging session, which included a spirited Q&A. Attendees were also given a signed copy of “Bittersweet” by the Jewish Home Foundation.
