
Jewish Family Service of Central New Jersey’s Lavy House Live Series will be presenting “Getting A Good Night’s Sleep” on Wednesday, June 25 at 11 a.m. at the Lavy House, 748 E. Broad Street, Westfield, New Jersey.
Bagels and coffee (kosher dietary laws observed) will be served, along with an informative program on learning techniques and strategies for getting a good night’s sleep.
The program will be presented by JFSCNJ Social Worker Elaine Dill, MSW, LCSW. Dill holds a Master of Social Work degree in clinical social work from Barry University, Miami Shores, Florida. She is a seasoned therapist who integrates a number of disciplines into the therapeutic process to assist individuals, children, families and couples to attain new levels of clarity and personal growth.
The program is funded by the Lavy House and the Standish Foundation. Ample parking is available in the Temple Emanu-El lot.
