All of JKHA and RKYHS came together the day before Thanksgiving for a “Thanks for Giving” assembly to say thank you to each division’s school office staff for all that they do for the school. It was standing room only as JKHA and RKYHS gathered in the auditorium all together for the first time in over two years, as the whole school showed their appreciation. Day in and day out department assistants Betty Wong, Sheree Bohbot, Alli Henslovitz, Fran Glajchen and Julie Bryant attend to every need of the students and faculty. They are the conduits from the parents to the school, the gatekeepers of schedules, a smiling face to greet you and always know where a supply, extra uniform or a member of the faculty or administration can be found. They are the glue that keeps the divisions together and running. Each division had student and administration speakers introduce the day’s honorees followed by separate videos showing gratitude for all that they do.
