Letter From the Teaneck Republican Municipal Committee

There has been an effort among some Democrats in Teaneck who support Yitz Stern to encourage Teaneck Republicans to switch parties and vote for Mr. Stern in the upcoming Democratic primary. We urge our fellow Republicans to reject that plea and instead vote in the Republican primary for Marco Navarro and Andrew Meehan for the New Jersey State Assembly.

Registration records show the growing popularity of the Republican party in New Jersey in general and Bergen County in particular. This is because the Democrat party has become a radical left fringe party that embraces radical ideas, such as men playing in women’s sports and advocates for terrorist groups such as Hamas, whose charter calls for the destruction of Israel and the expulsion of Jews from Israel.

Currently, Andrew Kim, our newest Democrat senator voted along with 14 Democratic senators for an arms embargo against Israel. Fortunately, there was unanimous opposition from Senate Republicans and the proposed bill was defeated.

If Mr. Stern wants Republican voters, he should join an increasing number of Bergen County residents switching to the GOP and align with the best advocate for working Americans and common sense government, and the party that vigorously promotes a strong U.S.-Israel Relationship.

The Republican Party believes in making America great and that Israel is our greatest ally. We are looking forward to continued growth of our party as more Democrats leave behind their radical left party and join the party that believes in the American ideals of liberty and strength.
