Regarding the article about Tankless Water Heaters (“Six Reasons to Go Tankless for Heated Water” December 30, 2021), your readers should know that there can be an issue with using a tankless water heater on Shabbat. Unless you have a cutoff switch to disable the hot water, you would be “cooking” hot water on Shabbat. Please consult a competent Halachic authority.
