Four year old children are beginning to learn proper letter formation and handwriting skills at Lubavitch on the Palisades preschool. Through the Handwriting Without Tears program, pre-k children are learning to write uppercase letters using a systematic and multi-sensory approach. Children are introduced to the letters through song and use wooden lines and curves as well as chalk, playdough and various art materials to form letters as an introduction to beginning writing skills.
