MDS nursery classes welcomed parents for a festive Lag B’Omer celebration filled with meaningful and engaging activities. Students learned about the significance of Lag B’Omer as a time to celebrate friendship, kindness and togetherness. Families moved through a variety of themed activity stations, including making friendship bracelets, decorating Lag B’Omer felt coloring pages and creating bonfire collages. The morning concluded with a joyful sing-along featuring songs that hold special meaning for the children and tie into the themes of the day, including “Hatikvah”, Ve’ahavta L’reacha Kamocha, Am Yisrael Chai and Eretz Yisrael Sheli. It was a heartwarming morning of connection, creativity and community.
