Kaituz Bridal Collab Helps Simplify the Wedding Planning Process

You’ve read the articles, spoken to friends and heard the buzz about a revolutionary concept: the Kaituz Bridal Collab.

The evening of April 16 witnessed a new phenomenon that redefined elegance and expertise. A dream team of experts unified in a fabulous way to help simplify and guide people through the often unnecessarily stressful wedding-planning process. Created by Marlene Kolangi of Kaituz, she conceptualized the Bridal Collab after years of speaking to and dealing with brides. A purveyor and designer of couture gowns, Marlene wanted to create a space where brides and their families could plan the entire wedding in one appointment. Instead of stress overwhelming the magic of the engagement, the Bridal Collab team is dedicated to keeping dreams alive and enchantment intact.

Walking into the charming Woodmere Club, one was greeted by an exquisite wedding gown magnificently fashioned out of flowers. Twinkling throughout the hall, expertly placed lighting and decor created an ambiance of elegance, and the pianist’s melody was a welcome accompaniment. Spread throughout the main ballroom were a variety of tablescapes, with event planner Devorah Deutsch impeccably capturing the themes. A rustic tablescape was further enhanced with greenery and earthy flowers created by Hostess International. Another table was all white, chrome and bridal modernity, graced with pink linens and black and white candelabras.

Aside from creating avant garde table decor, Devorah set the hall in a dreamy way that brought all the vendors together elegantly.

The background was lit to perfection by Naomi Cohen of @eventplannerny1 with a projection reading, “Will you marry me?”

The attention to detail was evident from the first step through the doors to the Bridal Collab logo on the wall and the impeccably lit runaway.

Adding to the decor and capturing every perfect moment and minute detail, was famed photographer Eli Robinson. His gallery showcased the creativity, talent and personality that is synonymous with the Robinson Studios brand.

Catered by Avant Edge, each display was inventive and artfully arranged. Every setting featured a different dish, showcasing the cutting-edge creativity and elegance that make them extraordinary. Sushi bars have been done so often that they’re almost staples at an event. At Avant Edge, redefining and reimagining are par for the course. Each piece of sushi was as ingeniously designed as the rest of the food displays—fun, different and redefining luxury.

Floral fantasies came true via the fabulous team at Hostess International, who created the magnificent bridal mannequins peppered throughout the tablescapes and brought to life Kaituz’s signature gold angled arches for the runway show. The white-covered runway was the object of anticipation; Kaituz’s Bridal 2018 Fashion Show had the air electrically charged. Chroma Music had DJ Brosky playing fun and interactive music throughout the evening, creating a vibe that was exciting, relaxing and inviting. For the show, he played music that made you feel as if you were at New York Fashion Week. Bloggers from all over instastoried to the beat of the music and the fabulous dresses making their way down the catwalk. Women like @theflatbushgirl, @carpefashiondiem and @primetimeparent came to witness Shimi Adar host the runway show, and eagerly waited for the dresses to be revealed. Breathtaking bridal gowns walked the runway, each one more magnificent than the next, modesty never being compromised. Marlene created a diverse collection that stayed true to her catchphrase, “for every bride, for every woman.”

After the event, Marlene and her dream team were besieged by hundreds of enamored, minted fans of the Bridal Collab. In the words of @carpefashiondiem, “I love the concept of a one-stop shop for all your wedding needs. There are many people who don’t know where to start when it comes to weddings and this is a great way to make the planning process easier and more enjoyable…” About the dresses, “…I love the collection, the dresses were truly marvelous I love that the gowns were completely different styles and how you tackled each genre amazing. There were modern dresses, romantic, chic, elegant and more. I especially love the Gatsby one. you’re a very talented designer and I look forward to seeing what comes next.”

@primetimeparent expressed her amazement of the elegance portrayed together as a team. “It is quite obvious that wedding planning with Kaituz Bridal Collab is the only way to go. It makes me want to get married all over again!”

All the guests in attendance shared their excitement, feeling that a void had been filled within the wedding-planning space. Working with the dream team is not only effortless, the ease and professionalism help you stick to a budget and even save some for the extras! At the end of the night, a grand raffle was drawn, and the winner got to put $11,000 toward their dream wedding with the Bridal Collab team.

Marlene’s sentiments when she kicked her heels off at the end of the night? “We are very grateful to all of you that came out and showed your love, support and excitement for Kaituz and the Kaituz Bridal Collab. Thank you for all the Instagram love and beautiful messages. Thank you to all of our sponsors and collaborators. We are open for business and excited to meet with you!”
