The Moriah School nursery students have been learning all about the life cycle of a butterfly. They know that it starts out as a small egg and then turns into a caterpillar. After the caterpillar eats and eats, it makes a chrysalis where it rests and turns into a beautiful butterfly! In the art center, the children worked on a project that showcases each of the four steps. They know how to say each stage in Hebrew as well. As part of their literacy unit, the children created a caterpillar using the letters of their name.
