Naaleh freshman, Tamar Morell, was awarded first place in the high school division of the Siegelbaum/Weinberger Competition held at the Holocaust Museum in Suffern. Tamar’s exceptional entry features Irena Sendler, who saved countless Jewish children from the Warsaw Ghetto during the Holocaust. Naaleh is incredibly proud of Tamar’s outstanding achievement, as it not only showcases her remarkable talent but also brings to the forefront Sendler’s courageous deeds.
