Naaleh is proud to announce that Sara Moskowitz (‘24) has tied for first place in the Jerusalem Science Contest!

The Jerusalem Science contest is an international competition where 11th and 12th graders study a scientific topic, take 8 exams, and write a 10 page paper connecting the topic to Judaism and Torah.

This year’s topic was neuroscience, and Sara’s research paper focused on the emergence of ChatGPT and its effects on the brain. Sara will be presenting her research at a culmination ceremony in Chicago in March and has also won a trip to Israel.

Naaleh also wishes a kol hakavod to Tehila Katz (‘24) and Aliza Rochwarger (‘25) for completing the contest and for their research on how positive words impact the brain and the impacts of various learning styles, respectively.
