Givat Adumim: Where Your Dreams Can Come True

We are blessed to live in a community where aliyah is on the minds of so many people. As much as many wish that it could happen, there are so many constraints that make the reality of such a dream highly unlikely at the present.

Gil Ovadia, representing Mitzpe Adumim, has come along at just the right time, with an exciting offer and the possibility of making these dreams a reality. Givat Adumim is projecting to build up to 4,000 units and is projected to be completed within the next five years. Each will have two to three bedrooms and two to two-and-a-half bathrooms, a balcony with space for a sukkah and parking. The views from every direction are magnificent.

Only a few minutes away from Ma’ale Adumim and about 12 minutes from Yerushalayim, the community is positioned well for new olim. The project is certainly several years from completion and staff is working overtime to get this project underway. The land has been purchased and registered as privately owned land. The zoning is in the process and the Israeli government has invested 1.5 billion shekel into the infrastructure of this area. Roads and highways are being built and plans are in order for a major shopping center as well as a large amusement park. Within a decade, it is envisioned that a vibrant community similar to Efrat and Neve Daniel will be established.

So much uncertainty exists in our world today that the feeling is that hundreds of thousands of people will soon be making aliyah. Yerushalayim has less and less room to accommodate the numbers, but this new community offers beauty, accessibility and plenty of space.

Take a look at the ad on the opposite page for this exciting project and reach out to Gil Ovadia at Silvergate Management, 561-777-4075. He looks forward to speaking with you and answering any questions about what will soon become one of Israel’s fastest growing undertakings.
