Visits can be arranged for mornings or evenings with Nechama, who will discuss your vision, needs and financial parameters.
At your pre-arranged visit, Nechama will assess your home decor and offer you suitable window treatments to enhance your look. She will bring numerous catalogs illustrating the top-of-the-line companies that supply her window treatments, including Hunter-Douglas, Lafayette and Comfortex. She will also bring samples of fabrics and textures and will guide you through them.
Nechama is an advocate of the neat, clean and efficient look. She takes into account the need for privacy in certain areas of the house versus the open and bright look of the more public areas. She is a fan of the rollers, zebras, cellular, faux wood and the very popular Silhouette and Pirouette offered by Hunter Douglas. She advocates cordless treatments and washable fabrics.
She will also provide photos of jobs completed to help in visualizing the end product. In addition, she can provide a computerized image of your window onto which an array of different looks can be superimposed.
Aware of the many new constructions going up in the Bergen County area, the Abramowitzs feel that they can add their expertise to that of a decorator with whom they can work in tandem. As they have been servicing the Jewish communities of Lakewood, Monsey and Brooklyn, they feel that they have a pulse on what a Jewish home would value most as a look to the outside as well as to the comfort, convenience and practicality of the inside.
In terms of delivery, the Abramowitzs want to inform the community that due to cutbacks in materials, craftsmen and shipping, the delivery dates have been pushed back from 3-5 weeks to 4-7 weeks. Pesach orders should be placed early to assure timely delivery.
