The RKYHS homeless awareness chug braved the elements in the frigid temperatures to help those less fortunate who are living on the streets of Newark. The students distributed tons of clothing that was collected by the whole school in the recent clothing drive, spearheaded by the JKHA second grade. The RKYHS homeless awareness chug runs clothing drives throughout the year and make several visits to the homeless in Newark, handing out food, clothing and other much-needed necessities.
