Mrs. Waldman’s second grade artists at RPRY enjoyed learning about organic and geometric shapes. The natural organic shapes that can be observe on giraffes inspired their creations—giraffes of many colors—a little reminiscent of “Joseph and His Amazing Colored Dream Coat.” Their next adventure will be to apply this newfound knowledge of geometric shapes using a paper collage technique.
