So don’t stress about desserts or appetizers this Yom Tov; these recipes are quick, delicious and totally doable even minutes before the meal. Let’s make Shavuot delicious and easy!

Let’s start off with a quick, kid-friendly and totally delicious appetizer this Shavuot (or really any time of year); these Pizza Roll-Ups are about to become your go-to! They’re everything you love about classic pizza — cheesy, saucy and comforting — but rolled up in a fun, bite-sized twist that’s super simple to make.

All you need are a few basic ingredients: wraps or tortillas, your favorite tomato sauce and plenty of cheese. That’s it!

What makes this recipe even better? It’s so easy that your kids can help out: from spreading the sauce to sprinkling the cheese to rolling everything up. It’s a great way to get them involved in the kitchen, especially during the holiday prep when you could use an extra set of (tiny) hands.

Pizza Roll Up Bites

Ingredients:

  • 3 wraps
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup cheese

Instructions:

  1. Spread your tomato sauce onto the wraps.
  2. Then place cheese on top.
  3. Roll the wraps up as tight as you can.
  4. Bake at 350 F for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Once they’re done, let them cool and slice and bake again for another 5 minutes.

These Mini Cheesecakes are everything you love about classic cheesecake — rich, creamy and indulgent — but made with clean ingredients and a whole lot less effort. The best part? The batter comes together in minutes right in the blender, making this one of the easiest desserts you’ll ever whip up.

They’re perfect for Shavuot (or anytime!), look adorable on a dessert table, and taste just like the real thing. Top with fresh fruit, honey, or enjoy as is; either way, these mini treats are guaranteed to disappear fast!

Whether you’ve already seen the viral frozen s’mores trend all over the internet or this is your first time hearing about them — get ready to fall in love. These frozen treats are everything you love about classic s’mores (think graham crackers, chocolate and that creamy center) but with a cool, refreshing twist that makes them perfect for Shavuot or any warm weather dessert table.

They taste just like ice cream, but there’s no ice cream involved! The filling is made with Cool Whip or any whipped topping you like, and you can easily make them dairy-free by using coconut whipped cream.

Frozen S’mores

Ingredients:

  • 1 container Cool Whip/coconut whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 6 graham crackers
  • 1 scoop protein powder

Instructions:

  1. Lay a piece of parchment paper in a baking dish.
  2. Place 6 halved graham crackers on the bottom.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips and spread it on top of the graham crackers.
  4. Mix the coconut whipped cream with the protein powder.
  5. Pour the mixture on top.
  6. Place 6 more halved graham crackers on top.
  7. Freeze for 3 hours/best overnight, slice and enjoy!

And here as a bonus recipe — No-Bake Cheesecake-Stuffed Strawberry Bites!

No-Bake Cheesecake-Stuffed Strawberry Bites! These little treats come together in minutes and deliver that rich, creamy cheesecake flavor in a fresh, fruity bite. All you need are a handful of strawberries and a simple cheesecake filling — no oven, no fancy tools and no stress. They’re light, refreshing and make a beautiful addition to any dessert platter. Perfect for last-minute prep or when you just want to add something fun and festive without the extra work.

No-Bake Cheesecake-Stuffed Strawberry Bites

Ingredients:

  • 6-8 strawberries
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Mix all your ingredients (besides the strawberries) together well.
  2. Wash and clean your strawberries.
  3. Cut the bottom tip of the strawberry and cut the leaves off. Cut an indent in the strawberry to stuff the cheesecake stuffing.
  4. Using a Ziplock bag or piping bag, pipe your mixture into the strawberries
  5. Optional: freeze the bites for 5-10 minutes.

These quick and easy recipes make your Shavuot a little more delicious and a lot less stressful. Enjoy, and have a beautiful, joyful Shavuot!
