Earlier this month, SINAI at RYNJ’s fifth-eighth graders participated in a Yad Leah clothing drive. The students distributed flyers and collected donated clothing in preparation for the event. The boys and girls who participated organized the clothing by category and type at the Yad Leah warehouse. Learning the importance of giving back to the community is an important component of SINAI’s bar/bat mitzvah program, which is funded in its entirety by The Jewish Federation of Northern New Jersey.
