Jump Into Shape Offers Beginner Men’s and Women’s Jump Rope Programs

(Courtesy of Jump Into Shape) Jump Into Shape, a fitness program designed to build a healthier body for your soul, has opened registration for a new men’s and women’s (separate) beginner jump rope program. Participants in this four-week program will learn the proper form and technique for jump roping, receive two new Crossrope weighted jump ropes (one ¼ lb rope and one ½ lb rope—a $99 value) and four 30-minute beginner classes/workouts ($60 value each) for only $100. Men’s classes are taught by Moshe Moskowitz and women’s by Arielle Sheinbein. One hundred percent of the fee will be donated to provide meals to the dedicated and hardworking frontline staff at Holy Name Hospital in Teaneck. Register at http://www.jumpintoshape.fun/classes

“I’m excited to offer the benefits of the Jump Into Shape program to men and women everywhere,” said Moskowitz. “We provide each participant with everything they need to build a better body for their soul at home.” After receiving multiple requests for women’s classes it’s an honor to have the talented Sheinbein teach the first women’s class. Moskowitz is confident that, with Sheinbein, the women’s classes will be fun and a great workout.

Currently, Jump Into Shape offers seven weekly online classes: three 10-minute classes (10-Minute Calorie Burn) that use bodyweight exercises to burn on average 120 calories a session and require no equipment; and four 45-minute classes (45 Jump Rope HIIT) that combine four weighted jump ropes with bodyweight exercises to burn about 500 calories. After the initial women’s beginner classes, there will be a weekly 30-minute women’s Jump Rope HIIT class led by Sheinbein.

“The interactive nature and energizing camaraderie that I’ve experienced at a Jump Into Shape class is unlike any group fitness session I’ve experienced,” shares Scott, a Jump Into Shape regular. “The warm yet challenging encouragement offered by Moshe as he guides beginners and more experienced jumpers alike in pushing their physical and mental boundaries is just beyond what they thought possible.”

This men’s beginner program will run on Wednesdays, 8:15-8:45 p.m. EST, June 3, June 10, June 17, and June 24 and the women’s beginner program on Mondays, 8:15-8:45 p.m. EST, June 15, June 22, June 29, and July 6. Space in each class is limited to 10 people to maximize coaching. All classes are taught online via Zoom. Register today at www.jumpintoshape.fun/classes.
