(BCFL) This coming Sunday the Bergen County Flag Football League will take a week off from competitive play and focus on the basics. BCFL has once again hired the coaches at Fast Twitch to conduct a clinic for the BCFLers. Fast Twitch has quickly developed a reputation as the local source for training top athletes. Its team prioritizes education; The Fast Twitch staff is full of coaches with master’s degrees and certified strength and conditioning specialists. Most of these coaches have participated in collegiate athletics and have experience training athletes of various sports, including football, soccer, field hockey, swimming, baseball, water sports, combat sports, basketball, golf and more.

The Fast Twitch clinics will take place at the Overpeck Park Henry Hoebel Football Field with each division having an hour long session with the coaches: K/1, 9-10 a.m.; 4/5, 10-11 a.m.; 6/7/8, 11-12 p.m.; 2 /3, 12-1 p.m.
