J&J Pharmacy faced off against the champs of the Teaneck Southern Leaugue, the River Cats. J&J got off to a quick start, scoring 3 runs in the first inning and one more in the third. In the top of the fifth inning, J&J was up 4-0. But then the bats of the River Cats started to get hot. They scored 3 in the fifth and one more in the sixth to tie the game at 4-4. Eerily similar to their semi-final game against Bottom Line, the J&J crew found themselves in a tie game, bottom of the sixth, with last licks and the top of their lineup ready to hit. Liam Levy was walked and then stole second and third. A solid clutch single by slugger Akiva Boyarsky scored Liam for another walk-off win for J&J, with a final score of 5-4.
