Frisch Girls Soccer Advances to Championships

This past week the Frisch varsity girls’ soccer team played its local rival, Ma’ayanot, in the semi-finals. The Frisch Cougars came in confident, even on Maayanot’s home court, as Frisch had already beaten Ma’ayanot the last time they had met.

Bruriah Lightning Softball Cruises into the Playoffs

For the final game of the season, Bruriah hosted the Heschel Heat.

Frisch Hockey Report

On May 22nd the Frisch Cougars faced the HAFTR Flames in the girls hockey semi-finals. This game would serve as a rematch of sorts from last year’s semi-final game where Frisch won decisively. Frisch Baseball, Continues in Its Winning Ways

Last Thursday, the Frisch Cougars con­tinued a suspended game against the TABC Storm. Before the game got sus­pended, the Cougars were winning 2-0 after just two innings. In the five innings remaining, Frisch scored 4 more runs re­sulting in a 6-0 win for the Cougars.

Registration Opens for Fall 2014 Rec Soccer Season

Teaneck Junior Soccer League (TJSL) just announced that registration for the Fall 2014 recreational soccer season is now available at www.TeaneckSoccer.com. The program is open to Teaneck children ages 4 to 15 as of July 31, 2014. There are no tryouts and all players registered by June 20, 2014 are guar­anteed placement on a team.
