Naaleh marked Tu B’Shevat with a two day color war celebrating the power of growth, potential, renewal and gratitude. Teams ha’adama and ha’etz faced off in fierce competitions spanning sports and the arts, including the design and creation of a gala Tu B’Shevat seder facilitated by Rabbi Jaffe and Rabbi Weinberg. One highlight of the program was the challenge to create a promotional video for an Israeli-based charity promoting agricultural growth and advancement. The winning team was honored to make a donation to their cause, The Jewish National Fund, on behalf of Naaleh. It was inspiring to see the students’ passions and talents and, most of all, their unity shine through their presentations.
