Linking Northern and Central NJ, Bronx, Manhattan, Westchester and CT

Thank You to New York’s Finest

(Courtesy of The Paul E. Singer Foundation) Over the past year, the NYPD has stood steadfast in protecting the Jewish community—safeguarding our schools, synagogues and institutions amid ongoing threats.

The NYPD provided ample resources and acted with courage to ensure our community’s safety at the Israel Day Parade on Sunday, May 18, where more than 50,000 people marched proudly. We know many schools and local organizations brought students and families to the parade, and we’re so glad you did. Their presence was a powerful statement of unity and resilience—and thanks to the vigilance and professionalism of the NYPD, they were able to participate safely and joyfully.

To express our gratitude to the NYPD for their tireless effort, the Paul E. Singer Foundation is proud to launch a new campaign. We will be matching the first $100K in gifts made through Friday, June 6 at the following link: https://secure.anedot.com/nycpolicefoundation/thepesfoundation-2025

In the wake of the horrific murder of Israeli Embassy staff Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Milgrim outside the Capital Jewish Museum in Washington, D.C., we are reminded yet again of the very real security threats facing Jewish communities across the country—and the critical role law enforcement plays in keeping us all safe.

We hope you’ll join us in this expression of hakarat hatov.
