The Matzah Factory came to visit the JEC Early Childhood this week! It was amazing separating wheat kernels and their stalks, grinding flour, quickly mixing it with water and making crunchy, delicious matzah that reminds us that Bnei Yisrael left Mitzrayim in such a hurry.
