(Courtesy of Yavneh Sports) Yavneh Girls Junior Hockey had another great season with fourth through seventh grade girls from schools all over Bergen County joining together to play a sport they have grown to love. The program started out with two weeks of drills and skills, followed by two weeks of instructional scrimmages and five weeks of a best-of-five competitive series that went all the way to an exciting game five! The ten week session finished off with an exciting mother/sister/daughter game where the girls had the opportunity to help their moms/sisters learn the game.
