Yavneh Academy fifth graders organized and ran a fantastic Social Emotional Learning (SEL) fair for third graders. Each group chose a specific SEL topic covering concepts such as perspective-taking, coping tools, teamwork, communication styles, perseverance, I-messages and more. They then created interactive booths for the third graders to explore and learn from in a fun, engaging way. While preparing, they used all those SEL skills themselves in order to pull off this event. They showed real leadership and teamwork!
