Congregation B’nai Yehuda (The Yorkville Synagogue) will host a festive Chanukah lunch on Shabbat, December 9, along with divrei Torah by distinguished rav, scholar and writer Rabbi J. David Bleich. Shabbat services begin at 9 a.m., followed by the program and luncheon.

Rabbi Bleich, one of today’s most respected halachists, is rosh yeshiva and rosh kollel le-haro’ah at RIETS, professor of law at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of La, and professor of law and ethics at Yeshiva University.
