The smell of Pesach was in the air at the Jewish Educational Center as students in the Yeshiva of Elizabeth elementary and early childhood divisions tried their hand at matzah baking.

The activity gave the children an opportunity to experience the sensory elements of the mitzvah while learning the halachot of chametz first hand.
