Led by captain Sarah Yager and junior captain Avigayil Kahn, the RYNJ Jaguars finished their regular season with an impressive 8-2 record. The team demonstrated unparalleled teamwork and determination, securing a spot for themselves in the playoffs. Player contributions were made across the board from not only the starters, but from players coming off the bench as well.

Although the Jaguars’ hopes were crushed in the strongly anticipated playoff game against Barkai, the girls didn’t let Barkai take the victory so easily. The lead fluctuated between the teams, and both teams continued to fight viciously for the win. The game ended with an RYNJ loss by one basket, but the Jaguars finished their season fighting until the very last moment.
