“Scarsdale Delicious!,” the new Young Israel of Scarsdale cookbook, debuts with a special demo, which will take place on Tuesday, August 9, 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., at Season of Scarsdale, in the Golden HorseShoe.

The community is invited for a demo featuring locally acclaimed cook and pastry chef Arlene Smith. Arlene has taught privately and was on staff in the culinary arts program at the JCC of Manhattan. While living overseas, she opened her own bakery in Madrid. Guests will enjoy learning, tasting and dishing about kosher cuisine! All are welcome.
