Yeshivat Noam Parents Association organized and sponsored a delicious end of year Faculty and Staff Appreciation Breakfast! Yeshivat Noam awarded the Marcia Hirt Initiative Award to middle school morah, Becky Katz! Morah Becky is known for her excellence in teaching both Judaic and general studies subjects. Morah Becky makes learning engaging and develops strong relationships with her students. Thank you to alumni parent and future YN grandparent, Ari Hirt, for sponsoring this meaningful award!

The school also said goodbye to exceptional staff members who are leaving Yeshivat Noam including Morah Joyce Buckman who has been there since the start. Several administrators and teachers spoke about Joyce’s dedication to teaching and to her students.

Yeshivat Noam celebrated educators and staff who hit 10 and 20 year milestones at the school. The 10 year awardees were Rabbi Elie Kurtz, Jen Dolny, Malka Shapiro and Deena Bloom. The 20 year awardees were Rachel Levy, Ilissa Green, Yael Shedlo, Elana Kessler and Julie LaPoff. It was an emotional and beautiful morning.
