The Naaleh students had their first chaburas with their madrichot, kicking off this year’s new and enhanced Madricha Program. Each grade has been assigned three college-age young women who will spend their Fridays at Naaleh running chaburas and meeting with students one-on-one. They will also meet with the grade mechanchot and run events over the course of the year. In addition to fostering relationships with Naaleh students, the madrichot will also be gaining valuable experience for themselves. They will be observing classes, debriefing with teachers and will have roundtable discussions with the Naaleh faculty and administration to help make them better leaders for their time at Naaleh and beyond. The Naaleh students are looking forward to getting to know the madrichot, and everyone is eager to see the tremendous impact these young women will have on the entire school.
