RYNJ participated in International Dot Day, a global celebration of creativity, courage and collaboration! Morah Felicia, RYNJ art teacher kicked off the day by introducing and reading Peter H. Reynolds’ book “The Dot” to RYNJ students. “The Dot” is the story of a caring teacher who dares a doubting student to trust in her own abilities by being brave enough to “make her mark.” Then students in nursery through grade four got busy making their own masterpieces while starting with just a dot.
