Two West Orange couples will be honored at the annual NCSY Scholarship Breakfast, which helps raise funds to support West Orange teens’ participation in various NCSY programs throughout the year. The events enrich the teens’ Yiddishkeit while developing them to be future leaders.

Doris and Jay Hartman and Karen Berger and Elia Weixelbaum will be honored for their dedication and commitment to NCSY, its youth, and its programs.
