RPRY had a collaborative professional development day with both Yeshiva Shaarei Tzion and Reenas Bais Yaakov. Teachers had an informational and in-depth training in Responsibility Centered Discipline (RCD). There was hands-on training with different activities that reinforced the methodology of RCD. This will bring a new approach in helping RPRY teachers build stronger classroom communities. RPRY is proud to collaborate with fellow local schools to ensure all the children in the community receive the best education the community can offer.
